David Nordman- #17 Pro-Expert NEATV Quad, Flat Track David Nordman the oldest of Dave Nordmans four sons races quads in the NEATV series and the Jolly Rogers Flat Track series. He is in the Expert Class in both and has many wins in both. In the flat track series he came within one win of away of being undefeated. In both series combined in the expert class he has over 50+ wins.
